Hakone Yutowa Hotel

Everything was very good, so were great views of the mountains. Great value for money contrasted with other options. The team provided an amazing service. Besides, we could easily park in front of the hotel. The food was outstanding, loved it.

It had great and beautiful location within walking distance of A Crafthouse Gallery. Excellent service, as the staff were helpful.

Stunning location, large breakfast with lots of food. New-fashioned room & extremely comfy bed. Location not far from the train station and restaurants, the mountain and the private onsen. Also, unable to make the most of the outside areas.

Couples Relaxation Spot

The onsen was amazing, we had the private room all to ourselves for over an hour, it was a slice of heaven! The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time.

It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for what we got overall.

Our family loved the warm hospitality at this lovely hotel! The fine views from our room were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine in the on-site restaurant. A huge shoutout to the staff for helping with our luggage. Just keep in mind the stairs and plan your transport beforehand!

The room was big and comfy. Seriously spacious compared to places in Tokyo. I loved the oversized windows with a view of the lush landscape. The shared bathroom was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. It was nice after a long day to relax in the onsen, too. The room felt cozy even with a small double bed, so overall, pretty good vibes!

The check-in situation was chaotic due to an unlearned staff member!!! Limited dining hours caused overcrowding during breakfast!!! Having to wait for private onsens is a hassle!!!

I enjoyed my time at Yutowa. The room was spacious, and the amenities were more than adequate. The private bath added a special touch to the stay. The dining experience also stood out. Dinner was good. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Gora station. I encountered a few hiccups. The staff's initial welcome lacked warmth, as they didn't help with my luggage upon arrival. The breakfast seating arrangement could be better. I felt placed in a corner when the restaurant was mostly empty. Potential dietary restrictions were not fully accommodated, as gluten-free options were lacking. Lastly, the onsen facilities, while nice, were limited in number and required some waiting time.

Check the time for breakfast and other amenities to avoid missing out, especially after a long travel day.
